The HEART Healthy Living Centre sought our advice on developing proposals for a new building and on appointing architects to design and oversee its construction.

We advised Gilford Community Club on the feasibility of modernising its centre and helped it appoint an architect when funding was secured.

We have completed feasibility work for community projects across the region including the Caw Nelson Drive Action Group, Westwinds in Newtownards,  CLASP in Newtownabbey, Leafair Community Association, Richhill Women’s Group and Strabane Rural Community Network.

The BIG Lottery Fund appointed us to provide advice to groups seeking grants to improve their community buildings.  This included outreach clinics on planning and other issues.

Voluntary organisations developing new headquarter buildings have received our advice and help including NICVA, VSB, Mediation NI, the Law Centre and the Chinese Welfare Association.
