Our series of free planning training events for community groups continues - the next session will be held this Wednesday (7 December 2011) from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm in RCN's office in Cookstown.  We will look at the future of planning and some of the major changes that have already taken place as a result of Planning Reform including:

• pre-application consultation on major planning applications;
• changes to the publication of planning applications; and
• bigger fines on enforcement.
