Planning Support for Community Groups

Our fully qualified Town and Country Planners provide:

• advice to groups on commenting on or objecting to a planning application;
• general advice to groups on planning appeals procedures;
• advice to groups on procedures for making a planning application;
• advice and information to groups on operation of the planning system;
• advice to groups on development plans and planning policies;
• general advice and information to groups on making submissions on development plans and policies.

 

 

We also enable groups to develop their skills and knowledge on planning through:

• provision of planning workshops and clinics;
• the production of guidance to the statutory planning process;
• facilitating community and public involvement in planning policy consultation.
