Top three tips from the organisers

  1. Local Community Working Group supported to plan and shape each stage of the process
  2. Dedicated time and space allocated to having conversations with the community about the process and how to get involved. This included fun community events e.g. Treasure Hunt and Treasure Festival to animate and build interest and excitement about the PB process
  3. Work at a pace directed by the community – trust in the process and each other is central
